Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of ProofLoupe. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

ProofLoupe provides color-managed print proofing, review, and approval tools. We may update features over time; we will not make changes that materially reduce core functionality without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your organization.

Billing & metered fees

• Paid plans combine a subscription with a metered per-proof fee, billed monthly in arrears. A month with no billable proofs incurs no proof fees.
• A proof becomes billable the first time client review is requested on it — at most once per proof. New organizations start on a trial with a free-proof allowance.
• Charges are made to a card on file. Prices are shown at sign-up and on our pricing page.

Your content

You retain all rights to the artwork, proofs, and comments you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, render, and deliver that content to your authorized users.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to infringe others' rights, upload unlawful content, or attempt to breach the isolation or security of the platform.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from your console. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment, subject to a grace period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Color proofing depends on your display and environment; ProofLoupe is a tool to aid judgment, not a guarantee of press output.
